We offer 2 support plans: 7-7 or 24-7*
We find that the majority of problems can be solved in the initial phone call, but if not,
we can tackle most situations fairly promptly by remotely connecting to your computer using
LogMeIn, an internet-based remote access solution that
enables us to operate your computer as if we were sitting in front of it.
Should a more serious problem occur - one that we can't diagnose remotely - we'll be on site
within a guaranteed minumum period (4 hours inside M25, 8 hours outside, 24 hours for more
remote locations).
