We offer 2 support plans: 7-7 or 24-7*

We find that the majority of problems can be solved in the initial phone call, but if not, we can tackle most situations fairly promptly by remotely connecting to your computer using LogMeIn, an internet-based remote access solution that enables us to operate your computer as if we were sitting in front of it.

Should a more serious problem occur - one that we can't diagnose remotely - we'll be on site within a guaranteed minumum period (4 hours inside M25, 8 hours outside, 24 hours for more remote locations).

* 7-7: 7am-7pm Monday-Friday, excludes bank holidays. 24-7: Round the clock, Monday-Sunday, includes bank holidays.

For emergencies outside of office hours, including weekends and bank holidays, we can be contacted by pager (only available to support contract customers, who will be given the number). Please always provide your phone number when leaving your message, to avoid any delays in contacting you.
