TSLGateway For use of TSLGateway with the Control Centre, there is a flat monthly support charge per site of £75 (ex VAT), whether you integrate with one or many of the supported devices and services. Installation and initial configuration are included in this price. This covers day-to-day support, minor re-configurations, and upgrades to work with any new providers that we may decide to support from time to time, e.g. additional SMS providers, or PDA systems.

Third Party costs All charges relating to third party equipment, services, software and support will be dealt with through the supplier concerned - we are not reselling their services to you and adding a bit for ourselves! The following is an approximate (and we do mean approximate) indication of the costs invlolved for each different TSLGateway category, just so you can get an idea of what may or may not be suitable for your business.
