A great way to keep your customers informed about the progress of their work is by email.

The Control Centre can be configured to automatically trigger emails to your customers at key progress points throughout the life-cycle of a job, from confirmation of booking through despatch, arrival, pick-up to final drop-off.

Automatic message format

When a customer message is triggered, the email subject and text are automatically formatted from the details of the job to which they relate.

The mesasge formats are fully configurable, so the emails can be tailored precisely to suit your particular type of business and carry a personal touch.

How does it work?

In the Control Centre when an email message is created, it is delivered via TSLGateway to your SMTP Email Server whether that be directly to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or via an internal Email Server solution such as Microsoft Exchange or the one we use and can thoroughly recommend: VPOP3.
