CCOnline is our add-on product for the Control Centre which provides a complete web-based booking and tracking system for your customers. Your customers log in to an extension of your main company web site, and then via our special interface they interact directly with your Control Centre system to:- Book jobs Get quotes Monitor progress of their bookings Look up historical jobs Look up invoices

How does it work? Requests from your website are routed in via your broadband connection to a special 'listener' on one of your own computers, which passes the request onto WebHost, the interface that accesses the Control Centre, then the reply comes back and is reflected accordingly on the website. What do the CCOnline pages look like? The simple answer is - they look however you want them to! Typically we make them look like an extension of your main website in terms of colours, fonts, graphics etc. See our demo site for an example of CCOnline in action.
