Triceptual Systems Limited (TSL) was formed in 1991, specifically to design and develop an affordable computer system for the Courier industry. Embracing the then fairly new and rapidly advancing developments PC technology, we were able to develop the kind of multi-user databse system that had previously been beyond the reach of smaller businesses. Thus the Control Centre was born, a powerful and user-friendly software package handling all aspects of the Courier industry, from booking to controlling to invoicing to management information.

We achieved this, not only by drawing upon the varied business and technological experience within TSL, but also by talking to and especially listening to as many users and potential users as we could. As a result the Control Centre has evolved into an extremely comprehensive and flexible system catering not just for Couriers but also the Private Hire and Chauffeur markets. Continuing to embrace the new trends in both technology and business, we developed CCOnline, our real-time internet booking & tracking add-on, and more recently integration with various communications devices via our TSLGateway product.
